We want you to feel confident when purchasing art. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Original Art
We offer full refunds on original artwork if you are not 100% satisfied.
Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the artwork is received in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Custom Work, Commissions & Made‑to‑Order Prints
These items are non‑refundable.
However, if they arrive damaged or defective, we will replace them. Please notify us as soon as they arrive.
Digital Downloads & Online Presentations
Digital products are non‑refundable.
If there is an issue with a file, we will correct it and send a replacement.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Refund posting times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your item, please mail it to the address above.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
