Flower of the month Birthday Card. December Birth flower. Narcissus and Holly

Birthday card, in the naïve folk art style by Kathy Poitras. Inspired by the Narcissus and Holly,  birth  flowers of the month for December. 

Narcissus and Holly  with a stain glass inspired background.   There are swirls and hearts and a swirly celebratory ribbon that says HAPPY BIRTHDAY with stars.  The image is mounted by hand to acid free bristol board (cut and scored by hubby) and  for the deluxe version, the card is then lovingly hand embellished with artist quality glitter paint.  by me, the artist.  

A handmade Birthday Card is extra special.
