"Tulips too Early" is watercolor with a dash of acrylic paint. 22 x 15 inches.  on 140 lb 100% cotton paper by Naive Expressionist Kathy Poitras.  

The tulips are blossoming, fooled by the burst of warm weather. But is Winter actually over? I think not.
